Dear Prospective C/JEF Supporter,
We thank you for taking a couple minutes to learn about our organization and the work we’re doing for the youth in our communities. It is our hope that you will be interested in supporting our efforts.
The Crain/Jefferson Enrichment Foundation (C/JEF) is a non-profit organization that was created to educate, encourage, and equip minority and disadvantaged youth with resources and skills they will need to achieve success and have a positive impact in the communities in which they live and serve. Though our name is fairly new to the community, our organization was established over 15 years ago in Denver, CO. The organization recently transitioned into a new era where we have expanded our programs and vision to inspire and impact youth across the nation, and in Africa as well.
Now in our second year of programming we are proud to announce that we have been able to inspire and impact over 180 young minority male and females through our Young Kings and Young Queens Conferences. Attendees at those conferences were exposed to prominent professionals who have excelled in various carreer paths and industries. Attendees not only received a wealth of knowledge and helpful information, but some of them had the opportunity to win special prizes. Since December of 2022, C/JEF has given away 19 laptop computers and a growing number of scholarships now totalling over $25,000! Though we are just getting started, we are proud of the direction we are headed. However, WE NEED YOUR HELP! If you are pleased to hear what we are doing and you are interested in supporting our efforts, there are two ways you can help:
1) Please take a look at our a upcoming eventnd encourage all the teenagers and young adults that you know, who fit the demographic up to the age of 23 years old, to register. It is FREE to attend. We have a powerful program and an awesome opportunity for the youth lined up, but if they don’t show up they can’t take advantage of it, and …
2) Please consider helping to sponsor an event, or one of our programs by making a financial contribution to help furnish laptop computers and scholarships for students in, or planning to attend college. C/JEF is a 501(C)3 organization. Donations are tax deductible and can also be made here on our website.
